序章｜新起街物語

1908 年，臺北新起街市場。

白天，這裡是臺北最繁華的街市。茶葉、布匹、洋貨與南來北往的人潮，交織成這座城市最熱鬧的風景。每個人都有自己的身份，也都有屬於自己的位置。

有人是商人，有人是工匠，有人是學生，有人是官員。

在那個年代，人們被教導著如何成為一個「應該」成為的人，卻很少有人問過自己，真正想成為的是誰。

於是，有些話不能說，有些情感不能承認，有些目光，只能在人群擦肩而過的一瞬間悄悄停留。

後來，新起街開始流傳一個沒有被歷史記載的故事。

據說，每當夜幕降臨，市場深處便會亮起一盞不同於白日的燈。

只要循著那道光走進去，便會來到另一個新起街。

Prologue | The Tale of Shinkigai

Taipei, 1908. Shinkigai Market.

By day, it was the city's busiest marketplace. Tea, fabrics, imported goods, and crowds from every corner of the island filled its narrow streets with life. It was a place where everyone had a role, and everyone knew where they belonged.

There were merchants, craftsmen, students, and government officials.

In those days, people were taught how to become the person they were expected to be, yet few were ever asked who they truly wanted to become.

Some words could never be spoken.

Some feelings could never be confessed.

Some glances could only linger for a fleeting moment before disappearing into the crowd.

Then, a story began to spread through Shinkigai Market—a story never recorded in history.

It was said that after nightfall, deep within the market, a different light would appear.

Those who followed that light would discover another Shinkigai.

退換票與購票須知

本活動票券將透過「應援科技」平台進行銷售，所有票券皆為電子票券。購票前，請先加入應援科技平台會員，並加入「蟹蟹里」平台會員後，再進行購票。

購票時，請務必確認欲購買之活動場次、票種、票價、張數及個人資料是否正確。訂單成立後，即視為同意本活動購票須知、退換票規範及相關入場規定。

一、電子票券使用說明

1. 本活動全面採用電子票券入場，購票完成後，請妥善保管您的電子票券及 QR Code。
2. 每張電子票券限一人使用一次，QR Code 經現場驗票完成後即失效，無法重複使用。
3. 若因個人保管不當、截圖外流、轉傳他人或其他非主辦單位因素，導致票券 QR Code 遭他人使用，主辦單位及售票平台恕不負責。
4. 入場時請出示有效電子票券 QR Code，現場工作人員將進行掃描驗票並配戴入場手環。

二、退票規定

本活動依文化部「藝文表演票券定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」之退、換票機制，採用 方案一 辦理退票。

1. 消費者申請退票之期限為活動演出日前 10 日 止，逾期恕不受理。
2. 於退票期限內申請退票者，每張票券將酌收票面金額 10% 作為退票手續費。
3. 退票手續費將自退款金額中扣除。
4. 相關服務費、金流手續費、轉帳費或其他非屬票面金額之費用，是否退還將依應援科技平台規範辦理。
5. 若退票事由不可歸責於消費者，將依相關法規及主辦單位公告方式辦理，且不收取退票手續費。
6. 各活動之實際退票截止時間，將以活動售票頁公告為準。

三、換票規定

1. 本活動原則上不提供票種更換、場次更換或訂單內容修改服務。
2. 若需更改票種、張數或其他購票內容，請於退票期限內依退票流程辦理退票後，重新購買所需票券。
3. 因票券數量有限，重新購票時不保證仍有相同票種、價格或名額，請購票前務必確認。

四、退票申請方式

若需申請退票，請依應援科技平台之退票流程辦理，並提供平台要求之相關資料。退票申請時間以平台系統紀錄或收件時間為準，逾期恕不受理。

退票款項將於售票平台完成審核與作業後，依原付款方式或平台指定方式退還。實際退款時間將依金流、銀行及售票平台作業時間為準。

五、票券不得轉售

1. 本活動票券僅限購票者本人或其同行親友使用，不得以高於票面金額或其他變相加價方式轉售。
2. 若發現任何形式之非自用購票、加價轉售、黃牛票、偽造票券或其他影響消費者權益之行為，主辦單位有權取消該票券入場資格，並保留依法處理之權利。
3. 因購買非官方售票平台、來路不明票券或轉售票券所產生之爭議，主辦單位及售票平台恕不負責。

六、入場與手環規定

1. 本活動採一人一票制，憑有效電子票券 QR Code 驗票入場。
2. 完成驗票後，現場將配戴入場手環，手環為活動期間識別入場資格之依據。
3. 活動現場將安排工作人員巡視。若參加者無有效入場手環，主辦單位有權要求其依當日票價現場補票，或請其立即離場，以維護全體參加者權益。
4. 手環請妥善配戴與保管，若因個人因素遺失、毀損、自行拆除或無法辨識，主辦單位得不予補發。

Ticket Refund, Exchange & Purchase Information

Tickets for this event will be sold through the OEN Technology platform, and all tickets will be issued electronically. Before purchasing, please first register as a member of the OEN Technology platform and join the Crab Community (蟹蟹里) membership system before proceeding with your purchase.

Before completing your order, please carefully confirm the event date, ticket type, ticket price, quantity, and personal information. Once an order is successfully placed, you will be deemed to have agreed to these ticket purchase terms, refund and exchange policies, and all relevant admission rules.

1. Electronic Ticket Instructions

1. This event uses electronic tickets only. After completing your purchase, please keep your electronic ticket and QR Code secure.
2. Each electronic ticket is valid for one person and one-time use only. Once the QR Code has been scanned and verified onsite, it will become invalid and cannot be used again.
3. The organizer and ticketing platform will not be responsible if a ticket QR Code is used by another person due to improper personal safekeeping, leaked screenshots, forwarding, sharing, or any other reason not attributable to the organizer.
4. Please present a valid electronic ticket QR Code upon entry. Onsite staff will scan the ticket for verification and provide an admission wristband.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds for this event will be handled in accordance with Option 1 under Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture regulations governing standardized contracts for arts and cultural performance tickets.

1. Refund requests must be submitted no later than 10 days before the event date. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
2. Refund requests submitted within the permitted refund period will be subject to a handling fee equal to 10% of the ticket’s face value for each ticket.
3. The refund handling fee will be deducted directly from the refund amount.
4. Whether service fees, payment processing fees, bank transfer fees, or other charges not included in the ticket’s face value are refundable will be determined in accordance with the policies of the OEN Technology platform.
5. If the reason for the refund is not attributable to the consumer, the refund will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and announcements made by the organizer, and no refund handling fee will be charged.
6. The actual refund deadline for each event will be based on the information published on the official ticket sales page.

3. Ticket Exchange Policy

1. In principle, this event does not provide ticket-type exchanges, event-date exchanges, or modifications to completed orders.
2. If you need to change the ticket type, quantity, or other purchase details, please apply for a refund within the permitted refund period and purchase the required ticket again.
3. As ticket availability is limited, the same ticket type, price, or availability cannot be guaranteed when repurchasing. Please carefully confirm all purchase details before placing your order.

4. How to Apply for a Refund

If you need to apply for a refund, please follow the refund procedure provided by the OEN Technology platform and submit all information required by the platform.

The refund application date and time will be determined according to the platform’s system records or the recorded time of receipt. Late applications will not be accepted.

Refunds will be returned after the ticketing platform has completed its review and processing, either through the original payment method or another method designated by the platform.

The actual time required for the refund to be credited will depend on the processing schedules of the payment provider, bank, and ticketing platform.

5. Resale of Tickets Is Prohibited

1. Tickets for this event are intended only for the purchaser or accompanying friends and family. Tickets may not be resold above face value or through any other form of price markup.
2. If any non-personal-use purchase, marked-up resale, ticket scalping, counterfeit ticket, or other conduct that may affect consumer rights is discovered, the organizer reserves the right to invalidate the ticket and deny admission, and may take further action in accordance with applicable laws.
3. The organizer and ticketing platform will not be responsible for disputes arising from tickets purchased through unofficial sales channels, tickets of unknown origin, or resold tickets.

6. Admission & Wristband Policy

1. This event follows a one person, one ticket policy. Admission is permitted only upon presentation and successful verification of a valid electronic ticket QR Code.
2. After ticket verification, an admission wristband will be provided onsite. The wristband serves as proof of valid admission throughout the event.
3. Event staff will conduct inspections throughout the venue. If a participant is found without a valid admission wristband, the organizer reserves the right to require the participant to purchase a ticket onsite at the applicable same-day ticket price or leave the venue immediately, in order to protect the rights of all attendees.
4. Please wear and keep your wristband securely. If a wristband is lost, damaged, voluntarily removed, or becomes unidentifiable due to personal reasons, the organizer may refuse to issue a replacement.

肖像權與活動影像使用同意

活動現場將安排攝影、錄影或其他影像紀錄，相關照片與影片可能用於本活動及主辦單位後續之社群平台、網站、宣傳素材、活動紀錄、媒體報導或其他非商業性活動推廣用途。

購票並入場參加本活動，即視為同意主辦單位於合理範圍內使用活動現場之影像紀錄。若您不希望被拍攝或公開露出，請於現場主動避開鏡頭，或可向現場工作人員告知，我們將盡可能協助處理。

隱私權政策與個人資料使用

為完成購票、入場驗票、活動通知、客服聯繫、現場管理、贈品兌換及必要行政作業，主辦單位將於必要範圍內蒐集、處理及使用您於購票或參與活動時提供之個人資料。

主辦單位將妥善保護您的個人資料，除活動執行、售票平台、金流服務、合作廠商必要作業或依法令規定外，不會任意提供予無關第三方。完成購票即表示您已閱讀並同意本隱私權政策與個人資料使用說明。

毒品防制與違禁品規定

本活動嚴禁攜帶、持有、使用、販售、轉讓或散布任何毒品、管制藥品、違禁品及其他法律禁止之物品。參與者如有上述行為，主辦單位有權拒絕入場、要求離場，並不予退票。

如現場發現疑似違法或危害他人安全之情形，主辦單位得通報相關單位處理，並配合依法進行必要處置。請所有參與者共同維護安全、友善、安心的活動環境。

臨檢、活動暫停及違規行為責任

活動期間如遇警察、消防、衛生、建管或其他主管機關依法進行臨時檢查、查驗、管制，或要求配合相關行政程序，主辦單位得視現場狀況暫停音樂、燈光、演出、酒水供應、出入場或其他部分活動內容，參加者應配合現場工作人員及主管機關之指示。

前述臨時檢查或短暫暫停，如活動後續仍恢復進行，原則上不視為活動取消、延期或主辦單位未履行活動內容，亦不得據此要求退票、退費或其他補償。

如因個別參加者攜帶、持有、施用、販售或散布毒品、違禁品，從事違法行為、妨害現場秩序，拒絕配合主管機關或現場工作人員之合法指示，或有其他可歸責於該參加者之違法或違規情事，致活動遭暫停、勒令停止、提前終止，或造成主辦單位、場地方及其他第三人受有損害，主辦單位得立即要求該參加者離場且不予退費，並將依法追究其法律責任及請求賠償因此所生之損害。

如因主管機關命令或其他不可歸責於主辦單位之事由，致活動無法恢復、提前終止或無法完成，主辦單位將依活動實際進行時間、已提供之服務內容及相關法令，公告後續處理方式；參加者不得請求超出票價以外之交通、住宿或其他衍生費用。

如活動暫停或終止係因可歸責於主辦單位或場地方之故意、過失或違法行為所致，仍依相關法令辦理，本條不排除或免除主辦單位依法應負之責任。

完成購票即代表您已詳閱並同意以上所有內容。

其餘未詳盡內容，吾蟹可擊保留最終解釋與補充的權利。

Other Important Information

Consent to Portrait Rights and Use of Event Images

Photography, video recording, and other forms of visual documentation may take place during the event. Related photos and videos may be used by the organizer for this event and for subsequent social media posts, websites, promotional materials, event records, media coverage, or other non-commercial event promotion purposes.

By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you are deemed to have agreed to the organizer’s reasonable use of visual recordings captured at the event venue. If you do not wish to be photographed, filmed, or publicly featured, please actively avoid cameras onsite or inform a member of staff. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible.

Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Data

For the purposes of ticket purchase, admission verification, event notifications, customer service, onsite management, gift redemption, and necessary administrative procedures, the organizer may collect, process, and use personal information provided by you when purchasing tickets or participating in the event, to the extent reasonably necessary.

The organizer will take appropriate measures to protect your personal information. Except where necessary for event operations, ticketing platforms, payment services, cooperating vendors, or as required by law, your personal information will not be arbitrarily disclosed to unrelated third parties.

By completing your ticket purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy and the above explanation regarding the collection and use of personal data.

Drug Prevention and Prohibited Items Policy

The possession, use, sale, transfer, distribution, or introduction into the event venue of any illegal drugs, controlled substances, prohibited items, or any other items prohibited by law is strictly forbidden.

Any participant found engaging in such conduct may be denied entry or required to leave the venue, without refund.

If any suspected illegal activity or conduct that may endanger the safety of others is discovered onsite, the organizer may report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate with any lawful procedures deemed necessary.

All participants are expected to help maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming event environment.

Government Inspections, Event Suspension, and Liability for Violations

During the event, police, fire departments, health authorities, building authorities, or other competent government agencies may conduct lawful inspections, examinations, controls, or require compliance with applicable administrative procedures.

Depending on the circumstances, the organizer may temporarily suspend music, lighting, performances, alcohol service, entry and exit, or other parts of the event. All participants must comply with instructions from onsite staff and competent authorities.

Where such an inspection or temporary suspension occurs and the event subsequently resumes, it will generally not be considered a cancellation, postponement, or failure by the organizer to provide the event as scheduled. Participants may not request ticket refunds, reimbursement, or other compensation solely on this basis.

If an individual participant possesses, uses, sells, transfers, or distributes illegal drugs or prohibited items; engages in unlawful conduct; disrupts public order; refuses to comply with lawful instructions from competent authorities or onsite staff; or otherwise commits any violation attributable to that participant, resulting in the event being suspended, ordered to cease, terminated early, or causing loss or damage to the organizer, venue, or any third party, the organizer may immediately require that participant to leave without refund.

The organizer also reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies and seek compensation for any losses or damages arising from such conduct.

If the event cannot resume, is terminated early, or cannot be completed due to an order from a competent authority or any other circumstance not attributable to the organizer, the organizer will announce the applicable arrangements based on the actual duration of the event, services already provided, and applicable laws and regulations.

Participants may not claim compensation for transportation, accommodation, or other consequential expenses exceeding the ticket price.

If the suspension or termination of the event is caused by the intentional misconduct, negligence, or unlawful conduct of the organizer or venue, liability will be determined in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability that the organizer is legally required to bear.

By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms.

For any matters not specifically addressed herein, 吾蟹可擊 reserves the right to provide final interpretation, clarification, and supplementary rules, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

OCCUPRIDE 入場安檢規定與注意事項

為確保所有參與者的安全與活動品質，入場前將進行安全檢查。請大家提前閱讀以下規定，並配合現場工作人員指示。

一、入場與安檢

1. 入場時請出示有效票券 QR Code，並依現場動線完成驗票與安檢。
2. 活動採手環識別制，完成驗票後請配戴手環，手環不得轉讓、拆卸或交換。
3. 主辦單位及安檢人員有權檢查隨身包包、袋子及攜帶物品。
4. 若拒絕配合安檢，主辦單位有權拒絕入場，票券恕不退費。
5. 若發現違禁品、危險物品或疑似違法物品，主辦單位有權拒絕入場，必要時將依法通報相關單位處理。
6. 請務必攜帶本人身分證證件（拍在手機裡也可）。

二、禁止攜帶物品

為維護現場安全，以下物品禁止攜入活動場域：

1. 外食、外飲、酒類飲品、瓶裝水、手搖飲及任何液體。
2. 毒品、違禁藥品、管制藥品或任何違法物品。
3. 香菸、打火機、火柴、電子煙、加熱菸及相關器具。
4. 刀械、尖銳物品、玻璃製品、金屬棒、自拍棒、腳架等可能造成危險之物品。
5. 易燃物、爆裂物、煙火、噴霧罐、瓦斯罐等危險物品。
6. 任何未經主辦單位同意之大型道具、旗桿、看板、擴音設備。
7. 寵物及動物，導盲犬、輔助犬除外。
8. 其他經現場工作人員判定可能影響活動安全或他人權益之物品。

三、關於水槍與液體

1. 不可攜帶水槍入場。
2. 水槍內不得事先裝水、酒精、飲料或任何不明液體。
3. 現場如發現水槍內含不明液體，主辦單位有權要求清空、暫停使用或拒絕攜入。
4. 請勿朝他人臉部、眼睛、設備、DJ台、音響、燈光及工作區域噴射。

四、菸品與違禁品規定

1. 本活動場域全面禁菸，包含紙菸、電子煙、加熱菸及任何形式之吸菸行為。
2. 活動場內嚴禁使用、持有、轉讓或販售毒品及違禁品。
3. 如發現疑似違法行為，主辦單位將立即請當事人離場，並視情況通報警方處理。
4. 違反以上規定者，主辦單位有權取消入場資格或要求離場，票券不予退費。

五、寄物與個人物品

1. A3大小以上的包包及行李箱禁止攜帶入場，請盡量輕便入場。
2. 建議攜帶防水小包、防水手機袋，並妥善保管個人物品。
3. 現場設有寄物區，單次寄放，取出後再寄放視同第二次寄放。
4. 貴重物品請自行保管，遺失、損壞或遭竊恕不負責。

六、泳池與玩水注意事項(本場次無玩水環節）

1. 請穿著適合玩水之服裝，建議泳裝、泳褲或輕便快乾衣物。
2. 請勿奔跑、推擠、跳水、惡意潑水或做出危險行為。
3. 酒後請勿進入泳池或進行高風險動作。
4. 若身體不適、酒醉、頭暈或有安全疑慮，請立即告知工作人員。
5. 現場僅提供簡易沖水設備，不提供完整沐浴空間、沐浴乳、洗髮乳等用品。

七、飲酒與行為規範

1. 請理性飲酒，未滿 18 歲不得入場及飲酒。
2. 嚴禁酒後滋事、騷擾、暴力、歧視、恐嚇或任何影響他人安全之行為。
3. 本活動禁止任何形式之性騷擾，包含言語、肢體、拍攝、跟蹤、強迫互動等行為。
4. 若你感到不舒服、被騷擾或需要協助，請立即向工作人員反映。
5. 主辦單位有權視情節要求違規者離場，票券不予退費。
6. 嘔吐行為將收取清潔費3000元。

八、拍攝與肖像權

1. 活動現場將進行照片及影片紀錄，相關素材可能用於活動回顧、社群宣傳及品牌推廣。
2. 若不希望入鏡，請主動迴避鏡頭或告知現場攝影人員。
3. 禁止未經他人同意進行惡意拍攝、偷拍、近距離拍攝或散布他人影像。
4. 請尊重每一位參與者的隱私與界線。

九、主辦單位保留權利

主辦單位保留活動規範、入場資格、現場動線、表演內容及安全管理之最終調整與解釋權。若因天候、政府規定、場地方要求或不可抗力因素需調整活動內容，主辦單位將依實際情況公告。

OCCUPRIDE Entry Security Check Rules & Important Information

To ensure the safety of all attendees and maintain the quality of the event, security checks will be conducted before entry. Please read the following rules in advance and follow the instructions of onsite staff.

1. Entry & Security Check

1. Please present a valid ticket QR Code upon entry and complete ticket verification and security screening according to onsite instructions.
2. This event uses a wristband identification system. After verification, please wear your wristband at all times. Wristbands may not be transferred, removed, or exchanged.
3. The organizer and security staff reserve the right to inspect personal bags, luggage, and belongings.
4. Anyone who refuses to cooperate with the security check may be denied entry. Tickets will not be refunded.
5. If prohibited, dangerous, or suspected illegal items are found, the organizer reserves the right to deny entry and may report the matter to the relevant authorities when necessary.
6. Please bring a valid personal ID. A photo of your ID stored on your phone is also acceptable.

2. Prohibited Items

To maintain onsite safety, the following items are prohibited inside the venue:

1. Outside food, outside beverages, alcoholic beverages, bottled water, takeaway drinks, and any other liquids.
2. Illegal drugs, prohibited substances, controlled drugs, or any other illegal items.
3. Cigarettes, lighters, matches, electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and related devices.
4. Knives, sharp objects, glass items, metal rods, selfie sticks, tripods, or any other items that may pose a safety risk.
5. Flammable materials, explosives, fireworks, aerosol cans, gas canisters, and other hazardous items.
6. Large props, flagpoles, signs, amplification equipment, or similar items without prior approval from the organizer.
7. Pets and animals, except guide dogs and certified assistance dogs.
8. Any other items deemed by onsite staff to potentially affect event safety or the rights of other attendees.

3. Water Guns & Liquids

1. Water guns may not be brought into the venue.
2. Water guns must not be pre-filled with water, alcohol, beverages, or any unidentified liquid.
3. If any water gun containing unidentified liquid is found onsite, the organizer reserves the right to require that it be emptied, suspend its use, or refuse entry with the item.
4. Do not spray toward anyone’s face or eyes, or toward equipment, DJ booths, sound systems, lighting equipment, or staff work areas.

4. Smoking Products & Prohibited Substances

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the event venue, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco products, and all other forms of smoking.
2. The use, possession, transfer, or sale of illegal drugs or prohibited substances is strictly forbidden inside the venue.
3. If suspected illegal activity is discovered, the organizer will immediately require the individual involved to leave and may report the matter to the police depending on the circumstances.
4. Anyone who violates these rules may have their admission privileges revoked or be required to leave the venue. Tickets will not be refunded.

5. Bag Storage & Personal Belongings

1. Bags and luggage larger than A3 size are not permitted inside the venue. Please enter with as few belongings as possible.
2. We recommend bringing a waterproof small bag or waterproof phone pouch and keeping your personal belongings secure at all times.
3. A bag storage area will be available onsite. Each storage fee covers one deposit only. If you retrieve your belongings and deposit them again, it will be treated as a new storage transaction.
4. Please take responsibility for your valuables. The organizer is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

6. Pool & Water Activity Safety

(There will be no water-play activities at this event.)

1. Please wear clothing suitable for water activities, such as swimwear, swimming trunks, or lightweight quick-dry clothing.
2. Running, pushing, diving, deliberately splashing others, or engaging in dangerous behavior is prohibited.
3. Do not enter the pool or engage in high-risk activities after consuming alcohol.
4. If you feel unwell, intoxicated, dizzy, or have any safety concerns, please notify onsite staff immediately.
5. Only basic rinse-off facilities are available onsite. Full shower facilities, body wash, shampoo, and other toiletries will not be provided.

7. Alcohol Consumption & Code of Conduct

1. Please drink responsibly. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to enter the event or consume alcohol.
2. Disorderly conduct, harassment, violence, discrimination, intimidation, or any behavior that affects the safety of others is strictly prohibited.
3. Any form of sexual harassment is prohibited, including verbal harassment, unwanted physical contact, unauthorized photography, stalking, or forcing another person to interact.
4. If you feel uncomfortable, are being harassed, or require assistance, please contact onsite staff immediately.
5. The organizer reserves the right to require anyone who violates these rules to leave the venue. Tickets will not be refunded.
6. A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged in the event of vomiting.

8. Photography, Filming & Portrait Rights

1. Photos and videos will be taken during the event. Such materials may be used for event recaps, social media promotion, and brand marketing purposes.
2. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please actively avoid cameras or inform the onsite photographers.
3. Malicious photography, secret photography, close-range photography, or the distribution of another person’s image without their consent is prohibited.
4. Please respect the privacy and personal boundaries of every attendee.

9. Organizer’s Rights

The organizer reserves the right to make final adjustments to and interpretations of event rules, admission eligibility, onsite traffic flow, performance content, and safety management.

If event arrangements must be changed due to weather conditions, government regulations, venue requirements, or other force majeure circumstances, the organizer will make announcements based on the actual situation.
